I currently focus more on content and graphic design, but I would be more than happy to work more as a PA.

I have 7 years of experience from e-commerce and marketing, so even if I might be missing some PA experience from the bookish niche (I started my PA journey in June 2025), I have a LOT of experience I can still adapt and apply from my previous jobs.

I can help you with:

Admin Tasks
Emails, organization, FB group/Discord management,…anything what might be boring and time consuming for you.

Graphic Design and Content Creation
This can be as a part of PA service or separately. I can help you with SoMe graphics and content, bookmarks, merch, cover design, amazon+ content or any banners etc. you might need.

Newsletter
Setting up sign up forms, creating newsletters and any graphic elements needed, scheduling/sending, statistics, etc.

Social Media Management
Account/group management across all SoMe platforms, preparing a schedule and strategy, content creation, messages & comment management, statistics & reports.
If needed, setting up ads + evaluation.

Website
Building a website or e-shop, managing and updating content/products, Google Analytics connection + reporting if needed.

ARC / Street Team Management
Setting up sign up forms, sorting the applicants, managing announcements and communication with street team/arc readers, prepping materials for street team + drive organization.

Monthly fee:

In case you are looking for a long term PA, please reach out so we can discuss your budget and the tasks you need to cover and we can set up a monthly fee that works for us both!

e.g. For full time content creation (4-5 posts per week, without SM management) I charge $1000/month.

I can take care of a the contract and I use Wise for invoicing.

Please note that I do not use AI in any part of my work and do not work with anyone who does.
This will be included in the contract and expected to be signed by both sides.

Please note that I am not able to read every book I make graphics for (of course if this is a long term collab they I will read your books).

So for these kind of graphic packages I will need you to provide me with some content pulls, tropes, character art, book cover, etc. Basically anything you wish to have incorporated in the graphic or anything that will give me more info about the vibe of the story.

SOCIAL MEDIA

$35 - single post (click here for examples)
Single post - usually 1080*1440px, but size can be adjusted based on your needs. Perfect for announcements like cover teaser or reveal, tropes, quotes, agent deals, sale etc.

$70 - seamless carousel 3 pcs (click here for examples)
3x 1080*1440 post that create a seamless carousel. I usually include tropes, quotes, character art and book cover, but can be adjusted on what you need and wish to show to your readers. Works perfectly as well as an IG banner pinned on the top of the feed.

$290 - 3x3 Feed - 9 single posts (click here for examples)
9x single posts that match aesthetically together. We can pick ideas together. (you can also send me posts you like if you have a vision what type of content you want to include)

Some ideas that could be used: tropes, quotes, reviews, annotated page, character art, special price offer, giveaway, she said/he said, he/she said “I love you“ but the MMC/FMC said “…“, etc.
